new place

My cousin, Roland, found a place to live while he's in grad school. It's located near dupont circle. It has everything, including free wireless high-speed internet. Lucky guy. He plans to stay in DC for 3 months, then transfers back to his college in his hometown, New Orleans.

Just for the weekend, his parents came for a visit. I feel I want to spend time with them after the tragedy events in New Orleans. I'm glad they're doing ok. We had lunch together at Dupont Circle. We talked many things related to our families. My uncle & aunt have been busy: moving. My aunt is considering to move to Georgia after she explained some of our relatives are planning to move there. That's a huge change.

On right pic, that's me and my cousin's family. ok, it's small, but click it - you'll see bigger size. We went shopping at Pentagon City Mall. Looking at Gap & few other stores. Mainly for Roland to buy his clothes & hat/baseball cap.

This weekend is something that mel and I are looking forward to: 9th Annual of Human Right Campaign's National Dinner. Tonite, we're attending volunteer meeting to prepare for this event. We need formal attire, so we might go shopping this week - looking for what we need. Definitely something new.
