getting caught up!

Alright, now finally i am able to sit down and chat with you all, readers. My gawd, my last blog was dated in February 25th! I don't think I'll be able to tell ya the whole story - better to have it summarized. Let's see . . . ::looking back down the memory lane::

Oh since we got back from New Orleans, one of my aunt gave me a huge box of boiled crabs & crayfish (aka crawfish) with nawlin's special seasoning. Whoopy spicy! Addition to that, it's also packed with few filipinos food. We had to eat it up! Once in a while (before crabs were gone)- my sweet partner who is an excellent chef made few classic nawlin's recipes with few modifications of her style:
Seafood Gumbo
Crabcakes
Shrimp Etouffee

It was so goOOood! Like Rachel Ray says - "Delish!" Now, thanks to me, I had to pull out those fresh meats outta of those double dozens of crabs. Oh, the agony! After our trip to nawlins, we didn't end our nawlins feelings from there cuz we had those food! Yum.

Foward to the month of May, at last - where everyone wants to know - - where's karl? lol. Here's a rare photo of him:
Anyway, he's a dear ol' friend back in my college days. No, that's not his wife and daughter if that's what you thinking. That's his good friend where they grew up back in his homestate. Sweet kid. Karl was on business trip for a week, but the real purpose was socializing with friends. Hee hee. I had a good time hanging out with him and other friends.

Okay, I think i said enough. I know I can go on and on, but I gotta cut short and do other things than blogging.
