x-mas
Li'l late for the 14th, eh? well, no matter then. At least i'm doing this once a month.
I got back from my hometown in Georgia, and it was an interesting experience. After one year staying in DC, going back to Georgia with my family has been awkward position for me. Don't get me wrong: I do love my family. The way we communicating and expressing our thoughts has been quite not so-normail with average familiy. Then again, no families are the same. So anyway, spending a holiday with them has been nice lately. We're working it out.
Christmas was fun. No trees tho, but nice Christmas spirits. At least we tried. We went out to few great restaurants: brazilian restaurant was pretty too much food for me; thai and chinese place are usual place to go for us; Po' Folks - classic southern food - yum, and many more. I had great gifts from my family. Some clothes, books, massage items, and many more. I flew back to DC to spend a nice quiet new year's eve celebration with my honey. It was great to see her once again. Very comforting.
Next month will be special for me. It's gonna be 2 yrs anniversary of date --- wow. Amazing how time flies. We're getting through alot of things right now and i wanted to start good and fresh with my life with my partner. Our lives together. Alot of long roads ahead, but we're looking up and ready to go through the bad ones.
Lots to do then.
